Gustibus Caponata alla Siciliana it is produced with vegetables in proportion aubergines, peppers, tomato pulp, celery, onions, olives, capers with sunflower oil, extra virgin olive oil, wine vinegar, sugar, salt, and antioxidant ascorbic acid.

Gustibus Alimentari bases its philosophy on the enhancement of raw materials of Mediterranean crops and on the use of modern and safe agronomic practices, such as to obtain high quality ingredients used for the production of vegetable preserves of absolute value. The production area is concentrated exclusively in the C.da Milocca site, in the industrial area of Dittaino in Assoro (EN) in Sicily, a brand new factory.
