A Mano Libera DOP sparkling white Pantelleria Vinisola Sicily

I had the desire and the desire to taste a new label, partly out of curiosity and partly for job, and so today we did it.
The wine tasted is a pure Zibibbo grown on the terrace from dry stone walls, made and created by the Vinisola winery based in Pantelleria (Tp).
The wine in question is: “A Mano Libera” vintage 2019.
In this case we have it with swordfish (strictly fresh) made Palermo style, breaded with Sicilian durum wheat crumbs, oregano from Agrigento and local vegetables; courgettes, red and green peppers, all julien style.
The result? Perfect match !!!
With a light perlage, "A Mano Libera" presents to the nose that aroma typical of dried grapes of Pantelleria, very delicate and sweet, on the palate it is very pleasant and persistent.
