All the products: Garganelli

THE Garganelli they are a type of pasta originating from the Emilia-Romagna region. It is a tubular pasta with a ridged surface, similar in shape to penne, but with a smaller diameter and a more cylindrical shape.

What makes garganelli distinctive is their unique preparation method. Traditionally, garganelli is made by rolling small squares of dough diagonally on a ridged board or comb-shaped tool called a comb. This rolling action creates the characteristic ridges on the dough. The resulting tubes are then often left to dry before firing.
