( vote)The rice vialone nano is a variety of rice Italian suitable for the preparation of excellent risotto. Cultivated in the Veneto typical of Lower Veronese. Variety of rice for true connoisseurs, every risotto will be a success. The cost is a bit high but it's worth it.
