Fettuccine di Campofilone Conad born in a small hilly village located along the Adriatic coast between San Benedetto del Tronto and Fermo, Since 1400 a real art in the preparation of egg pasta has been handed down. And it is precisely here that the Fettuccine di Campofilone, a product artisanal of the highest quality, whose simple and genuine ingredients are durum wheat semolina and fresh eggs, without the addition of water. The secret of the quality of this pasta, with a unique and light taste, is the processing that has been handed down from ancient times characterized by a particularly thin sheet and a slow and gradual drying at a temperature just above the ambient temperature.
Rating: excellent pasta full of aromas, holds the sauce. They are excellent with meat sauce, or with mushroom, vegetable or tomato sauce.
Conad born in Bologna in 1962, it is a cooperative company active in large-scale distribution, again in the same year 1962 the National Retailer Consortium, a limited liability cooperative company, was established in Bologna.
