For the first time, last night, for tasting, I tasted the aracinette with “Nero di Seppia” (local Marsala fish), stuffed with Couscousu Trapanese…. I paired it as follows: Costanza Bianco di Milazzo, organic white wine DOP SICILY…. excellent flavors and smells .. Made in Sicily.
