Busiate Trapanesi Cortigliolo. Cortigliolo is a company born in Sicily in Valderice province of Trapani in 1980, thanks to Vito Catanese and Vincenza. It produces typical Sicilian products: fresh pasta, bread, biscuits, panettone and cannoli wafers. In 1994, his son Angelo took over the reins of the company.
