The Pennisi confectionary company was born beyond 40 years ago in Belpasso, a small village at the foot of Etna, by the will of Papa Sebastiano who transforms the initial activity of distributing confectionery products into production activity, changing and developing the sector of typical Sicilian sweets starting right from the excellence of cannoli. Around the beginning of the 90s, Sebastiano took over a small cannolificio and for a few years began producing pods with the already existing brand. SicilianCannoli, which is abandoned shortly after.
Over the years the company became the property of his son Orazio, who, driven by the same passion as his father, continued and intensified the artisan production of cannoli wafers, personalizing his business even more, giving life to a new brand, Pennisi Sicilian confectionery, which gives even more value to this passion handed down by his family.
