The Chinotto Tomarchio, dates back to the middle of the last century, and as then it is produced using a Chinotto infusion. This particular and very ancient citrus fruit, with a typically bitter and decisive flavor, gives the drink its unique and unmistakable taste.

Tomarchio was born in 1920 in Acireale in Sicily thanks to Filippo Tomarchio who started the production of the first artisanal bottled drink, distributed "door to door" in wooden boxes: the gassosa con la pallina (the characteristic bottle with the glass marble). Thus taking the first steps in the territory of Acireale in the province of Catania, in the shadow of the highest volcano in Europe to expand 40 years later throughout the province of Etna and in the 1980s throughout the territory of Sicily. Today, after almost a century, keeping their roots firmly in Sicily, they have extended the borders to the rest of Italy and in 21 countries abroad, establishing us as a real excellence made in Sicily.
