Sicilian Primo Sale Cheese

First Sicilian Salt. From a university project, last night I had the opportunity to taste this soft cheese (in the photo): "Primo Sale Siciliano" (Santa Ninfa) with Nero d'Avola (Marsala). Normal consistency and softness, soft aromas of sheep's milk (winter), simple and light aftertaste of red wine with no bitterness in the finish.
