The family Terravecchia, known throughout Sicily since the 1950s for various entrepreneurial activities, and in particular for the production of chickpea flour, an essential ingredient of the famous Palermo `` panelle '', in the last thirty-five years it has become a leading reality in the panorama of the Sicilian GDO in the role of selector, packer and distributor of dried legumes. Today, a new generation of women, with the support and experience of the Terravecchia family, has made it possible to grow and spread their products throughout the country.
