The Maria Costanza Bianco of Milazzo represents a milestone in Sicilian viticulture. The company was in fact the first to make the blend of Inzolia and Chardonnay to give life to this elegant white wine.
Rating: excellent aromatic wine, it goes well with shellfish, mushrooms and truffles, appetizers and first courses based on fish and vegetables, second courses with fish and fresh cheeses.
Milazzo produces wines of Sicily. A journey that continues under the sign of the enhancement of the company tradition, with Giuseppina Milazzo and Saverio Lo Leggio, a couple in life, united in the desire to give continuity to Milazzo production. Among the first Sicilian winemakers, between the end of the seventies and the beginning of the eighties, to enhance the vinification from Sicilian native vines. This has allowed over the years, together with other excellent names, to the recovery of the island's winemaking tradition without neglecting experimentation and innovation, which has led, among others, to the adoption in Sicily of Chardonnay grapes with the specific intent of reaching produce a great SICILIAN Classic Method sparkling wine.
