Rummo pasta was born in Benevento in 1846 thanks to Antonio Rummo who started the family business. The pasta is very good, the company uses EU and non-EU Italian grains. I read on the package the cooking of the Sicilian rings 3 minutes, for me it is the first time to see 3 minutes of cooking.
