Pasta Valle del Grano was born in 1950 in Catenanuova in Sicily, a town located in the province of Enna, one of the hottest municipality in Europe. In recent years it was an individual business managed by the founder of the family, Mr. Salvatore, who with passion and dedication was involved in the cultivation of Sicilian durum wheat in these Sicilian lands, once called by the ancient Romans "Granary of the Republic". Known at the Decò, intrigued (as always) I bought it and it was immediately love. This pasta is the TOP.
